The one thing I have realized about home ownership is that there is always something you need from the hardware or home improvement stores. I have also noticed that when buying items at these stores, they usually come in a wide variety of selections.  Take the water spray gun that connects to a hose for an example. You can buy the high pressure pistol, easy flowing gardening wand, or one with the adjustable head that does just about everything. They seem to have one for any need you may have. I personally like the spray guns that can be used for anything. It's great having one item that can be used for multi-purposes.

Cleaning spray guns in hospitals also come in many varieties and serve different purposes.  Some items need a pre-rinse, while other instruments may require a high pressure cleaning.  It's important to review the IFU of the items you're cleaning to see what the best method is and what tools are required for cleaning.
