Starting With The Socks

The nice weather has come and people are beginning to go outside and become more active. I have recently been trying to get into running outside. I'm not a running expert and certainly not training for a marathon, but I thought it would be a nice change to hit some trails and enjoy the weather. It wasn't easy at first, but with repetition it is surprising how quickly your endurance improves. Even after a few weeks, you may even get the confidence to consider getting in a 5K.

One of my biggest obstacles was my feet. After every run, they would be swollen, sore and blistered. What I found made the biggest difference in the world was my socks that I wore. Investing in a pair of compression socks minimized the pain and discomfort while running for a distance.

I'm sure many of you can relate, working on your feet most of the day, you probably feel like you have already run a marathon. Protecting your feet can be important in order for you to stay comfortable and productive. Compression Socks are manufactured with moisture wicking, and anti-odor micro nylon fabric. They help to battle muscle fatigue and increase circulation in the lower legs and feet. Compression Socks also reduce swelling and recovery time for the active individual.

Stay comfortable and stylish this year with the proper attire for your feet.
