Many of you are currently planning for next year's budget. SPD managers are challenged with budgetary issues each and every day. One of the most important line items, and one that is often the first to be cut, is money for training and continuing education. This year has been a challenge due to COVID-19, but many national conferences have had virtual events. On the positive side, it provided attendees with the flexibility to attend events online that they wouldn’t be able to attend in person.
