The Disposable vs. Reusable Debate
ISSUE NO. 637
Disposable or Reusable products, which is better? It's a debate with many instruments and products that comes down to cost, ease of effectively cleaning and time.

Brushes are a particular type of product that require different diameter sizes and lengths to accompany numerous needs. Specific brushes need to focus on the external and internal cleanliness of medical instruments. Depending on what you are cleaning, it might be easier to use a single-use product or, at the very least, a brush that needs to be replaced over time.

With that in mind, we started offering LTA Disposable External Brushes. Manufactured for preliminary cleaning of hard surface items prior to further processing, the single-use Disposable External Brushes are designed with latex-free thermoplastic handles and nylon bristles that are offered in the following styles: Medium and Rigid.

Our G-Flex brushes are manufactured for cleaning the internal channels of medical devices. The disposable brush heads pair with our reusable G-Flex Wands, and can be disposed of and replaced between uses. Simply unscrew the existing brush head with minimal effort and replace it with a new one.

Whether it is disposable or reusable brushes you need, the LTA Brush line has you covered!
