Winter Olympics
ISSUE NO. 663
I always preferred the Winter Olympics over the Summer games. My favorite events are tobogganing, snowboarding and of course, hockey. Many of these great athletes train year round all their lives to compete in the games. Watching the Olympics can inspire you to take up a new interest or even start a new exercise routine. You may not necessarily be going out to buy new skates and take up figure skating, but perhaps you might decide to take up lap swimming as an alternative form of traditional exercise.

Before getting started, it's important to remember to stretch before and after exercising. It will help reduce the risk of injury and improve overall performance. Stretching will also help you become more flexible and could help prevent a muscle pull, or even worse, a tear. It's important to stretch properly and be prepared for activity.

Flexibility is also key when cleaning small bore items. Ultra small lumens can have tough to reach areas that require a flexible brush. Having to bend brushes in the cleaning area can damage the brush you're using and cause it to be ineffective when cleaning dirty instruments. Flexistem Brushes are effective, efficient and easy because they are disposable. The gold medal of brushing!
