This letter is intended to inform you of an imminent price increase across a significant range of Healthmark products. This change will take effect
July 1st, 2022 for some items with additional items changing October 1st, 2022. These increases will not impact those customers or organizations for which pricing agreements have been established.
Ongoing record price increases across every aspect of our business, ranging from fuel, transportation, electricity, raw materials, and components,
have driven the need to adopt our own price increases. The inflationary pressures are unprecedented. In order to ensure that we maintain the level of quality and service that you expect from Healthmark. We found this decision was unavoidable. There is some
good news, however, the availability of raw materials and transport lead times have improved.
