The nice weather has finally come and people are beginning to go outside
and become more active. I'm not a running expert, but I thought it would be a nice change to hit some trails and enjoy the weather. It's never easy at first, but with repetition it is surprising how quickly your endurance improves. Even after a few weeks,
you may even get the confidence to consider getting in a 5K.
One of my biggest obstacles was my feet and ankles. After every run,
